I submitted a claim for auto damage from a driver with National general auto insurance and I have yet to receive a response. User’s recommendation: do not use this company.

I RECEIVED AN INCREASE ON MY MONTHLY PAYMENT, AND I KNOW IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME.
