Poor service

I ordered a product - a printer with a cartridge, made a 100% prepayment. I have been waiting for the product for 6 weeks. Communication with the store is bad - you have to call yourself all the time, the woman at the other end will always excuse that the product has not arrived yet. In the end, tired of waiting, canceled the order, now it is not yet known how long the money will be returned. Don't waste your time and money!
