Poor service, deception, incorrect shipping costs!
I encountered FedEx's poor service when sending a package to Greece. The specified shipping time is 6-7 working days, the package was almost lost, stood at the transshipment point for 2 weeks, finally reached the recipient only after 3 weeks! I do not believe that the quality of service was provided, so I demanded a refund, which was rejected. I would not recommend using FedEx to send anything outside the Oceanians. I would definitely not use FedEx services myself anymore, although I did it very often, sending parcels in the Oceanians (~ 50 times a year). You lost another customer because of customer treatment!
