i placed my order on a Sunday but i never received the confirmation email, even though the payment went through. i reached out to their customer service and the first agent said “I’ve had a look, and I’m afraid I’m unable to find any orders matching these details….

Nasty gal took to long to process order and when the order finally came it was the wrong size I wanted a size 8 nasty gal sent a size 14 it’s big not sending back took to long to get item

Fisrt and last time I’m ordering from nasty gals sent wrong size I see a lot of beautiful items but I’m afraid to spend money plus it takes forever to ship User’s recommendation: Make sure to send the right size.
