Sending broken goods
I bought a BERTHA watch. It was written in the description that it is original and the old price is 660Euro, but now at a discount it costs 89Euro. Very nice design. I received the watch after 3 days, as promised. I took the order and looking at it from all sides, I found that everything was fine. Then I opened the package at home and took out the box with the clock. When I opened it, I saw that a small part that can be used to set the time has fallen. I thought she was unscrewed, but nothing. This part has no thread. I took a couple of pictures and paid info membershop.org After several days, I was called and told that I was the one who broke the watch and therefore no exchange,I can't wait for a refund or repair. CAUTION - MEMBERSHOP is sending a defect and you will not prove it in any way. They cannot take the product back because the product is damaged (according to them) and you cannot use it either.
