Card won’t work to pay bills

The guy hung up in my face!! I was just asking why I couldn’t pay my phone bill with this card. I was pissed after jumping through several hoops just to get to a live person. I will not be using this card anymore. User’s recommendation: If you like rude customer service go to this card.
