Refund of Celine Dion 11/16/20 rescheduled show

1. No reschedule notice to 2021 2. no refund possibility because event has not been cancelled, only rescheduled User’s recommendation: Avoid. Under covid 19 some reconsideration of refund should be given for a concert rescheduled a year away, I am 78 yard old and may be dead on 9/22/21. This goes to to my attorney for review!
