Poor service
Is it really not possible for Vsaa to organize the work of the service (specifically-Riga city Vidzeme kac, Raunas street 64) so that visitors you don't even have to stand on the street, because there are no more places in the waiting room, but almost everyone goes to lunch or their business (see Photo, January 20, 2020). As you can see in the photo, there are a lot of seniors among the visitors.
