Fraud and Poor Service
I am a regular customer on the Circle K network. Regular e-mails come with various discount offers, including additional discounts on fuel. Needless to say, if everything is organized electronically, then there should be no problems paying for fuel gas with the offered discount - it should happen automatically. But no! Every time the cashiers talk about some kind of coupons! No extra discounts without them! When I printed the letter from the e-mail and showed that the discount was entered manually, but today, 27.10.2019, again presenting a printout, the cashier as if manually added the discount, the house found that no additional was not suitable! We are very dissatisfied with this service!It is wrong to try people with offers that the service provider itself does not want to fulfill. It only damages customer sentiment and your reputation! I just don't want to go back there!
