Poor service
When ordering a product from an online store, I pay for delivery by FedEx parcel. When you receive an SMS with the knowledge that the product has been delivered, you go to the parcel terminal and enter the code - an empty box opens, without a shipment. FedEx customer phones do not answer after several 5 minutes of waiting. When I send the e-mail, I am told that you have received your shipment. Upon request to look at the cameras and notice that the shipment was not in the box provided, I know that it will probably be resolved within 3 days.
