Invalid electrical appliances

I ordered a toaster 3in1, it started to smoke the first time I used it (when it heats up), and it doesn't turn on after the first toasts. Negative experience for the first time in several years. (But when ordering a phone as a gift, they have never been there either) We will not send again and we will not recommend to acquaintances. Thanks!
