Terrible customer service and ignoring messages
Hello. I've been a AuMobile customer for 10 years now (6 devices I've bought at full price, two computers, two phones and two more pairs of wireless headphones). The problem is with the internet, it goes well if you are at home for 20% (Riga center, Oakland / Chuck intersection, which is absurd in my opinion. Instead, my operator offers me a home internet router that costs € 15 a month. Tell me, please, if I don't have internet at home, how much would I want to connect to another internet? and giving a message, but now it's been two weeks of silence. I feel like a fool and the problem is not solved. So I'll switch to Telstra, because they were able to offer me everything half as cheap as AuMobile, great customer service and unlimited internet, half as cheap and 10 times faster. I'm very disappointed AuMobile.
