Parcel Internal System Error
This week I sent two packets with omnivore, sending the first packet without any problems, problems started trying to send the second packet. Since the small compartment was too small, it was necessary to take a larger one. I clicked on the screen to change the size of the locker and I got an inscription thank you for the packet sent. Of course, the money was not returned for sending an empty locker. Well well it kind of messed up all the data in the twists and turns or everything is right on the screen both moor was correct for both me and the recipient. I checked the printed check and concluded that both my number and the recipient are wrong even though I know what I pressed on the screen. Well, as usual, nobody calls anything to the omnivore and you can't call it all week. Today I finally called and I was told that I was to blame myself and I had mixed up those numbers. Is it really my mistake if I entered everything correctly, but the parcel machine itself printed out only two checks, even though I paid for 3 packs, which can also be seen in my account statement. The lady of all kinds tried to impress me that it is my fault and not a parcel that for the first time is developing such miracles. The number to which the parcel code was sent cannot be called, or by the time my shipment is lost and I will not receive it back. Poor service staff and the company do not inspect, do not care and do not maintain the equipment properly.
