Does not show all channels

I have a Basic Terrestrial TV package for 7 dollars per month. Not all channels are available for a couple of days! It was only promised that all the channels would appear by Sunday, they had technical problems. But I still haven't back those channels! What is the attitude towards the customer? Can you do what you want? The monthly fee does not change, 7 dollars must be paid in the same way, although the full service has not been received.
