Defective Item
I bought a SmartWatch 2 months ago. After unpacking, the product turned out to be damaged. I took him to the warranty, I stood for 30 minutes, although in the room 3 warranty specialists did nothing (chatted on the phone, filed nails, drank coffee). When I started talking about the problem, they turned on the retardants, asked the same questions 3 times, rolled their eyes, and despised irony (which basically seemed sympathetic to me, because I'm not a snob...). It was later accepted for exchange. A few weeks later, the news came that the product had been replaced. I arrived, took it... it seemed suspicious that the packaging was not really fresh. I connected at home - again exactly the same problem. I took them to these for the second time - waiting again, giggling, rolling my eyes... Now I have been waiting for the news for a month...If you want adventures - feel free to contact this company. If you want good service and quality goods at a specific time, then you will have to look for something else. :)
