Terrible quality of service

In early January, I ordered a refrigerator and a washing machine for my home. The courier delivery date was indicated as 15.01. And since to guarantee that the product will be delivered at At 15:00, as I had repeatedly asked, no one could, I took a holiday at work. 14.01. I called customer service to find out if the delivery would really be 15.01. And what exactly are the payment terms, because the information provided on the website was not completely clear. The customer service consultant confirmed that the delivery will be on the scheduled date and that it is a little or my fault, that I do not understand the terms of payment and that I read the information more carefully, without explaining anything. Arrives 15.01. And at 9:00 in the morning I get a surprise - a text message arrives that the delivery will be delayed for 6 days (!).Call the customer service center, where I am told that the supplier can not deliver the ordered goods so fast and the fastest when you can receive is 21.01. I do not understand how this office works at all, if the day before the scheduled delivery, by calling and trying to find out whether the product will actually be delivered, they do not have information that the order will be delayed. Needless to say, their compensation is 110.shop 10 $ money, which, of course, I will never spend, simply because this is the last time I order something there and asking if delivery 1000% will be 21.01. I also couldn't answer.
