Incompetence
Take my E5 to Tele2 for warranty repair! Log in and ask, "Are you doing Tele2-subsidized phone repairs related to Tele2?" “Yes!”: One of the girls answered me. Cool! Tell me your grief - the screen does not light up, that is, it shows itself, but does not shine! You could see, very barely, practically nothing! But the screen was not damaged, simply, the lights do not shine and everything! I leave for repair with the remark that ALL data must be saved, but I have to pay 13 USD for it. I agree! On the same day, he called and said he couldn't fix it with saving data because the screen wasn't lit and so on. I said don't fix it, because the phones were tossing on every corner these days, for me the key was Data! And yes, if I repair after the warranty, then it is MANDATORY to relocate the program,as a result of which the data is erased, it is a requirement of Nokia! Needless to say, this text reminded me of "superservices" in any field! It is easier to change something and it doesn't hurt not to think like REPAIR! So I left after 2 days and collected my E5. I also showed that the screen shows and she suddenly said, "Oh, yes now I see, but we can't help anything!" I laughed as disgustingly as I could and said, "Let's bet that there will be masters who will fix it perfectly!" Behind me was a woman who was very unkindly cut off, just like the opium before me, who was being helped by another person, but NEVER this indifferent and INCOMPETENT lady - a service worker! If you are a Tele2 customer - well, but in no way and under no circumstances do you visit "LLC MTTC" at A.Chaka street 62, Quebec. Of course, I went to another service. I can recommend - read about "LLC MTTC" before visiting it! ps Do not soak phones and save data to a computer or otherwise once a month!
