DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKUP

ORDER WAS DUPLICATED AND I RECEIVED 1 COPY BUT WAS CHARGED FOR 2C/DS–SPENT 8 MESSAGES TO TRY AND GET REFUND FOR A SIMPLE PROBLEM. I WAS CONTINUALLY BEING HANDLED BY DIFFERENT PEOPLE WHO PRESENTED NO UNDERSTANDING OF MY SIMPLE PROBLEM AND FAILED TO READ MY PREVIOUS E-MAILS. User’s recommendation: DONT GO NEAR THESE GUYS-COWBOYS.
