Unkind, hostile service
I arrived at AClinic Hospital late at night due to a foot injury - the toes were blue as a result of the injury and a fracture was suspected.. Since I found that it may not be just a bruise, and the pain appeared in the evening, I went to the hospital around 10 in the evening. The paramedic who was waiting for me was extremely rude and even aggressive: "What am I doing here? What's the logic for me to come here? Why haven't I come during the day?" Responding to her questions that "pain and visual changes in the toes of the toes appeared only now," the paramedic pretended not to hear. After my insistence, however, the paramedic started writing my admission documents and then I went to the doctors and radiographs. I understand that the work of paramedics and doctors at high workloads and relatively low salaries in Australia can be very difficult, but I do not believe that I, as a patient, should be treated aggressively and even hostilely.
