Denied bonus points

Purchased $1200 guitar, given 9,100 points. They claim they can not award these to me. Customer service not calling back, when they claimed they would, for 4 days. I had to call back. Got no where except rude supervisor. User’s recommendation: Do not buy from Musicians Friend!
