I have a property in Lanzarote with Movistar providing internet only through a phone line. I pay by direct debit from my Spanish bank account. How do I get access to invoices from Movistar. I do not have a Spanish phone.
I have rang up for a new broad band WiFi box I have had no contact from you since, you also said you would send out someone to set me up with your broadband, I have not seen or heard from this company since, I would like you to please contact me as soon as possible
Tried ringing them all week but I was on hold for hour’s. Sent them a message on Instagram and this was ignored. I sent them an email last Friday and had no response, I resent again Tuesday and still nothing. I will not give up
