I made an order through the FN service website, there I noted that I would pay by bank transfer, I finished the order with the message that with will contact me. OK good. The next day, no one contacted me, and when I called the store, I was connected to a lady who started telling me that I had placed an order, but no one calls me and asks for anything, or sends me a payment invoice by e-mail. The lady replied bluntly to me that we only accept purchases from private individuals in a clear, on-site store, but why no one contacted me did not find out. March - A month of good service, now I don't know, I need a big "-" for this lady!
