Female disabled person of 3 groups (disability given for life) disability given due to visual problems. They have a child 3. 6 years old. The woman used to work for almost 5 years as an accountant, but the husband was at home looking after the child, when the child was not, then the man worked casual jobs. The woman was no longer physically and emotionally able to endure and left work to be with the child / husband. You have been receiving unemployment benefits for some time (but you still know unemployment benefits), but as everyone knows it is declining every 3 months (every 2 months from 2020)! Since the woman has left work, from time to time (respectively at the address where these people live specifically from July to November of this year at least 15 times) there are scandals / disputes (without physical violence) have been driving rpp!. Disputes are mostly not about money, but about a human attitude, ie a man believes that now that it is difficult with money, the wife's mother and brother should be more involved in raising the child and this would immediately facilitate the whole further process, but the wife's reservation is that they work and there is no time for that. Basically, given that the child of the person in question has certain health problems and needs a lot of money to fix them, but a man with a secondary education (you understand for yourself the highest point that can be claimed is a salesman-cashier with + / - 420 dollars) alone, will not earn it. But a wife cannot physically earn enough to support 3 people with her diploma in economics. Upbringing must be said openly for the 3rd disabled person. They were and told to the social service that in order to qualify for anything at all, they need status (low-income / poor), but given that they pay (paid) the landlord to rent an apartment on hand soc. The service requires strict accounting receipts. And you think you'd like to pay taxes on strangers!? ... Someone will probably ask why the wife's side should be involved, but the husband's not!? Then the answer is simple, the wife's side or the mother / brother has money to help, but the husband's side is insolvent and the money is enough to survive, but the wife's brother wanted to buy an apartment some time ago. Someone asks why your wife's side should help at all!? As if you shouldn't help anymore, but a child is growing up who hasn't done anything wrong in this world at all, and if you see that they can't cope and they really don't cope because 15 times if the police had to drive, then that's an indicator then maybe help instead of watching the child become disabled!? ...
