Mophie has not been charging right away from 2 weeks from. Purchase and now is even slower or not at all with wireless on either of the dual charge contacts

Both cases i have purchases only gave my device 30% power Iphone xr battery. Mah 2942 Juice pack 2000 mah Should of been very close to 65-75% charge. 30% on 2000mah?
