Mophie phone charger has not worked since day I bought it!!!

Product not performing

I bought morphine juice pack for iPhone XR. Says 18 hours of battery talk time. It is totally dead in 4 hours after battery charged for 24 hours. SKU 401000****

Morphie battery swelled up phone wont fit

Battery got hot and swelled up making the iphone not fit i do not know if I registered it I have had two cases before excellent product User’s recommendation: Register.

Mophie charger casing gone sticky

Not used Mophie for a while. When I got it out I found the red casing very sticky all over. Unable to remove it. Have received info to clear this up but unfortunately it is taking off the beautiful red colour. Very upset as is a brilliant product.
