Defective Item
Absolutely ignores customer needs. Sent a defective item. The shoes of the wolf to go on a trip, I was going to go out of the house and they broke the metal that holds the buckle together. Just burst. I wrote and asked for a refund, I sent pictures at their request. When I came up with the question - when will the news come, I was offered a 5 € discount for the next purchase. I wrote - are you kidding? This was followed by letters written by me several times, but from membershop - silence. No answers. The service is totally low and I think it is the level of a sharhkin office that I also wrote to them. I don't recommend shopping there.
