Signed up 2 weeks ago told that driver would be assigned 3-4 days before requested shipping date. Never received an order confirmation number from Julia in Sales, so had difficult time locating my order….spent 1 hour on phone. Now they tell me can’t say when a driver will be assigned. Would never use these liars again.
Car was picked up on 4/4. did not leave Phoenix until 4/16. continuous unbelievable excuses. Good sales outfit. Terrible on timing, communication after the fact and policies.
