Trying to cancel a transfer. Every number leads to a dead end, either no service or no answer.

Cannot find any customer service rep to cancel a transaction. All numbers are invalid or unmanned. I have no idea how to contact this service. I’d like to get my money back. User’s recommendation: Be prepared to wait and do a lot of searching and more waiting.
