Bad item no response

I bought a dress and it does not look like it was in the picture the quality is poor and I have been trying to return it I’m getting no response I paid $38 for the stress and I want my money back

ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. TRIED CONTACTING THEM VIA EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. HORRIBLE!
