I had a horrific motorbike accident, which left me with Severe Brain Damage, on Valentine’s Day (2016). I was in a coma for 3 weeks and hospital for 4 months. I had to learn again how to walk and how to talk. I have been a client of Momentum since 2009. Momentum is supposed to pay me...

I wrote about the lack of answers from the Monkeys on chains at Momentum call center. Pauline Barnack came to assist and then divulged my personal medical info to my manager. Her manager, Christa Swart came to my aid after I reported the matter to her. On both occasions I was told that there would be NO...

Terrible service
Simply terrific quality phone service. Toll a phone that didn't work with a microphone. The phone came back, the phone just didn't turn on at all anymore, if it turned on, it turned off at the slightest movement. Toll again, also asked me for a charger (if it's dead - in some respects interesting), a joke after a dose, after a week they call me - says the problem is that there is a non-original USB cable. Of course, the phone is working now, it has been repaired, but because of the lack of the original USB cable the warranty has been lost. Needless to say, there is no such point anywhere. For an hour I tried to tell me that the phone was damaged due to the cable, but to the argument why then suddenly now with the same cable everything works nothing could be said. Okay, I didn't have time to mess with them, the phone worked, I also really needed him, I didn't want to scratch anything. I didn't specifically study the phone on the spot,so after a while I notice that everything inside under the screen is in one dust. When I bring them back, they sew me off and say it's my fault - I use it carelessly (interestingly, if you just carelessly use it under the body, you can get a pile of dust), although it's clear that the dust is there. due to the twists and turns of mechanics, Pohujism, or both. The fact is that these service people are either incompetent idiots or successfully portray such, and judging by the latter - they perform their service in a sawmill at a circular saw or in an old shotgun. And the saddest thing is that the phones you bought on Tele 2 no longer have a choice - it's just MTTC.
