I ordered the Moen Voss Roman tub faucet with sprayer and inside the valves are plastic cartridges that need to be removed before welding because it will cause them to melt inside blocking water flow. Moen “guarantees their faucets for life” yet when you contact them, they don’t respond. I believe their “motto” is outright false! Either they stand by their product or don’t make false statements!

I purchased a Moen because of their “lifetime” guarantee of their faucets. I sent Moen an email indicating I hired plumbers to determine why water from the faucets were difficult.
