Transcend Mini-Cpap arrives broken

Tried this ‘Mini” cpap on a 21-day “Risk-Free” trial. – It requires a hose adapter that actually makes it take more nightstand space than my Resmed S9 – It makes a horrible squealing noise when I switch from inhaling to exhaling.
