Distribute warehouse programs telling blue miracles, but you will practically get zero-level service, poor language skills from "project managers", pointless conversations and insults. All this characterizes this office with a bow. After several months of torture with this archaic and incomprehensible warehouse inventory program, we concluded that we do not understand much, because reading the instructions makes practically everything incomprehensible. They are written to illustrate the features, not step by step as they should be. The director of this company himself admits in the e-mail that he is not an instruction writer and that it is my fault. Needless to say, it is only recently, after rigorous negotiations, thatthat the program is intended for experienced accountants (which I very much doubt, because the locations of illogical f-fations are incomprehensible even to members of this profession, which we discovered after in-depth research in the accountants' forum). In addition, the "project manager" who could barely speak had forgotten to tell us about a number of vital functions that we needed, which we also inferred from the insulting epithets from the director! Conclusion - before buying a company's basic program, please test meet with its creators, management. In our situation, we were faced with the fact that we will have to use this program and work with people who are still stuck in the 1990s, who will never change their Soviet thinking, because the main thing is to sell and after-sales service is indifferent. The front page of the attached website will speak for itself. I laughed at how a person can come to a business meeting with a client in fisherman-type shorts, sandals and a tie-tie. The main thing is not to admit your mistakes, because money does not stink! Therefore, if someone reads this and wants to use their company's resources in vain, but please refrain from cooperating with this office - it is not worth damaging your nerves, because quite simple people do not understand what they are doing!
