I contacted Midco Support Chat and explained that I was ‘directly’ connecting from my cable modem router >>to>> the Midco network and was seeing around 1100Kbps Internet speed. Slow *** internet

It’s slow and *** 4G on my phone is faster than their slow *** *** Don’t bother with midco if you can help it.

Man do they suck

We pay for the highest internet available, it drops at least 3x a night.
The only time I hear from Midco is when they send a letter stating they are going to disconnect my service. I never receive a bill from them. I have been a customer of theirs since June 2018, three months. Upon receiving their latest disconnect letter I call ed an…
