DU Complaint not being attended

Du Model number 14BH1967V NOT IN WORKING CONDITION. THIS DU OFTEN REMAINS defunct. Recently on 2/08 /2021 the du fault was rectified and within a weeks time the DU is down again. The service Engineers assigned to rectify the fault are not responding timely and takes 7-8 days to respond.

Midco is the worst internet service provider

I’ve been with Midco for about a year. The internet was always slow and sometimes it didn’t work at all. I paid $49.99 a month and after a year they started to charge me $69.99 without letting me know about the charge increase. I immediately canceled. STAY AWAY FROM MIDCO User’s recommendation: Stay away from Midco.
