Report of a known scam by Outlook user.

Received a know scam email from an Outlook user and am requesting that this Outlook email account be closed – Jazoomm@***.com. This scam was reported previously on local TV but this person is continuing to try to scam people. User’s recommendation: Microsoft needs a live chart or be able to reach customer service.

Repair utility deactivated Office 2016 – NEVER USE IT!

Used the MS Office “Repair” utility and my Licensed version of Office 2016 was Deactivated! I cannot find the DVD with license Key so now I am SCREWED! Never use the “Repair” utility Unless you have the software license key. User’s recommendation: Never use the “Repair” utility unless you have the license Key!
