Update by user Jun 02, 2021 Received apology calls from manager and someone from corporate. Was offered coupons and a voucher. I said I wasn’t sure I would use them since I may not shop there again. They said they would send anyway. They never did... Original review posted by user May 02, 2021 Placed pickup order for curbside which is offered on Michael's app which I have done before. Received email that my order is ready and I get instructions on how to pick up my order, inside store, in locker. I have immune issues and did not expect to go in store, especially when app states curbside. When I called about this I was told yes, my order is in locker INSIDE store...no curbside delivery. User's recommendation: Call store first if you expect curbside delivery.
