? tailored suit– it’s like i was never measured!!

the suit was measured and over 600$ the pants were strangely gathered @ ankles- like MC Hammer? to the point i couldn’t get over my feet without almost ripping them jacket too big and had things i didn’t request like oddly placed extra external pockets when contacted owner -sent rude letter about this IS what i ordered...
