We were Oceancom customers several years ago - unfortunately at that time we relied on our naivety and connected the Oceancom internet, and this nightmare in the form of credit reform is haunting us today, and they are threatening to describe it. all our movable and immovable property and all this due to a penalty of 14 eur, for which creditreform already bills 28 AUD. The bottom line is that the internet they connected to us was the last thing, and we just broke the contract to get rid of the nightmare and choose a normal company instead. Of course, the customer-oriented Oceancom switched to penalties and forced us to pay 14 dollars for breach of contract, which we did not intend to pay because the service was simply unusable. People do not enter into any contracts with this fraudulent office,their business plan is based on putting people on a low-quality service from which you are severely penalized! I don't want anyone to have this nightmare - to be associated with one of Oceancom's services.
