I'll share my experience. I "hung up" on the Samsung S3. I contacted the telephone salesman, who advised me to submit the telephone warranty for repair to the MTTC service. After a week, a message arrives from this service that the warranty conditions have been violated and there is unauthorized software on the phone (which, of course, was not there, because everything was installed on the official website) and therefore the main / motherboard must be changed, which will cost 135 CAD. Of course, I didn't get an answer to the question of this about unauthorized software - the masters do not give them such detailed information (it is nothing that the administrator has 4 steps to the master). Of course - I give up this repair. On the same day, I took the phone to DT Mobile itself, where the service was incomparably better and the phone was repaired the next day for warranty.
