Missing small package
I sent a small package abroad more than a month ago. Following the tracking number, it was sent from Melbourne to abroad (Europe), but it was not received at the destination either. The post says the only thing you can do is write an application for a missing small package. Ok, I went today and PN to write this report, but there I am still asked to pay more than 1. 70eur for the fact that my application will be accepted at all.. so it turns out that they lose my package and I still have to pay them for it? It's probably a good business to tear up money for shipping, lose a package, and end up asking for money to find it.
