I took the Ecolines bus to Berlin on August 19th. The bus ran into a car. It was already to be expected that an accident would happen because the drivers were driving awkwardly. When the accident happened, we stood on site for about 2 hours. No explanation was given. I approached the flight attendant with the question if someone would tell me, with whom she answered that whether or not it was clear that an accident had taken place and why something should be said. We arrived at the destination only an hour late. On the way back, they rode with the same flight attendants and drivers. When they got off the bus, they looked very tired. Is it permissible for the crew not to rest?
