So I bought a ipod touch from mercari with a broken screen And when I got it not only was the screen broken which I do about but it was icloud locked I blocked so I could not use it I advised mccartney of that I sent them the photos they asked for they needed 6 photos…

Packages not received

Seller told me that Mercari policy is that customer has to file claim for lost packages. This is sellers responsibility not mine. If this is your policy that clearly needs to stated. I wont be shopping with you ever again and Ill make sure everyone knows how you conduct business.

Poor seller

No answer. Left a voicemail. Hopefully they will call back. This company is not anywhere near my favorite.
Seller FrankieB refuses to ship my order in 3 days and told me to cancel the order as specified in the messages on the order. This person is not a good representation of your company!

Cynical and cruel treatment

Dr. Roman Bochin did not tell the relatives within three days after the patient was taken to the hospital that the patient had been diagnosed with a deadly disease and the correct diagnosis was made only after death. It has always been said that there is pneumonia and it is being treated. The deceased could not be helped and the doctor is not blamed for the wrong treatment, but he did not allow the relatives to be present before the death, which has left an indelible wound in the souls of loved ones, without giving a true diagnosis and a dangerous condition. When asked why he was not told, there was silence, but the head of the department cynically stated at all that they did not have to tell anyone anything. Are doctors no longer sacred and no longer even need to be notified of a critical health condition? What happens to our doctors?
