Bad business and don’t handle nothing right
Item was shipped late and did not arrive in time for event as promised. When I tried to return the item I was refused. Website is confusing and illegible at times. Customer service is rude and and unhelpful. User’s recommendation: Buyer beware.
Like so many of you, I have been ripped off by MENSUSA and their affiliates. there are enough of us that we should band together for an action against a company that seems to relish in ripping off it’s customers. let form an online community to discuss an action.
The absolutely worst customer service of any company I have dealt with.
