Flooring out of stock issue

We purchased Mohawk Rustic Barrel Oak (MHK0401) laminate flooring in May 2020. I received an order which has no carry bag or tool kit to go with it?

I received an order of a Rockwell Sonicrafter model F50. Order number Is MLRP48476. I received the order this morning. It was just the motorized portion of the kit. Never received my rebate, does not answer emails
