I received an order which has no carry bag or tool kit to go with it?

I received an order of a Rockwell Sonicrafter model F50. Order number Is MLRP48476. I received the order this morning. It was just the motorized portion of the kit. There wasnt any cutting, sanding tools or carry bag with it? I never received anyway to call there customer service number. Ive disputed the charge with my credit card company. User's recommendation: Be very wary of there online system.
