Sound interruptions and image jitter.

During a TV broadcast, the screen image tears and the sound disappears. The operation takes place from a few seconds to several minutes. On Saturdays and Sundays, this activity is very rare or non-existent. On weekdays, I am sometimes forced to use a surface, free service. The disorder continues, for about a month, only more and more often. Please help and indicate how to proceed. Sincerely,
