The pillow is a horrible design, my husband hated it, company will not refund your money

I emailed customer service to return the pillow I was told they will not take it back They said it takes time to get used to it. I don’t think so the product is extremely uncomfortable and was painful for my husband to try User’s recommendation: Do not buy this product.

Won’t return or refund

They keep wanting me to talk to a “sleep specialist” to figure out how to use a freaking pillow…it is too big and I even suggested exchanging it for a smaller one and still they want me to talk to one of these people. No I just want to return it and get my money back at... Read more➤

Refused to take back their silly pillow

This pillow didn’t fit my body correctly, and when i tried to return it I am told some non sense about it being a FDA device (it’s FREAKIN’ PILLOW) and no returns User’s recommendation: DO NOT BUY.
