Oder not delivered by promise date

I NEEDED this product no later than Wednesday….my order was not here until Thurs. I called & Was assured my expedited shipping would be refunded ….I paid 22.50 for the expedited shipping and was refunded a whopping $4.00! WTF! How is that a refund? Do not use this company!
