I have tried to allow Mavis to repair my car on several occasions to no avail. I have tried to resolve the problem at the store level but not only are they very unwilling to resolve matter that will benefit both parties. User’s recommendation: I will not recommend Mavis to any friends or family.

I went in twice today and they align it both times and it’s still wrong. And I was down for about an hour and a half User’s recommendation: I would go somewhere else to get your car aligned.
Went to Mavis Tires with an emergency tire replacement. They simply turned me away as “they were booked for the day.” A willing, paying customer, and they turned me away. Office - completely missed. Initially promises to deliver the product the next day, because the product is in stock, but then call and announce that the product is out of stock, but will appear in a few days, etc. It takes 2 weeks... No product.
